Candlelight Vigil for Shaken Baby Syndrome, 6-7:30pm at NVCC campus, main stage, 750 Chase Parkway, Waterbury. Presentations will be made by professionals in the medical and legal field as well as parents of a child that did not survive being shaken as a baby. Call Kathy Craig at 203-558-1467.
